Women Rock Saturday

Women Rock Saturday

March is Women’s History Month, so I decided to have Amé Amé host a fun Saturday on March 29th, from 11 – 5  featuring a diverse, talented group of women – all of them creative and entrepreneurial.

Come see why bags by The Andi Brand deserve a patent.

Feel and smell the distinctiveness of Soukenberi’s “personal fragrances for you and your space”

And delight in the romantic, flirty fun of Francis Smiley’s lingerie.

All of these companies were founded by brave, creative women from different backgrounds who are committed to making their goods in the USA.  Most of these brands have their  products made right in New York City and all of them have  products currently being showcased at Amé Amé.

March 29th will be a chance to meet these inspiring entrepreneurs and a chance to see a broader array of their goods.

Furthermore, starting at 11am the artist Frankie Padron will begin a special painting on our storefront window and at 1pm, the founder of Pop Up Yoga will be leading an intro to meditation accompanied by a soundscape.  Pop-Up Yoga is committed to bringing yoga and meditation to new spaces and breaking the boundaries of what people might think  are the norms for yoga and meditation.

Last but not least, we’ll be doing a model search for The New Standard Edition.  The New Standard Edition makes pants for men and needs a female model or two for its next campaign.  All women will be welcomed to pose, even just for fun, for a photo with their handsome model.

And help us plan with an RSVP
