It’s Fashion Week in New York and lots of heritage outdoor brands like Filson are becoming city fashionable.
The question to be answered in the coming years is where will these companies be in the place of the people’s hearts. Will they still have as many loyal fans as they still do today? Will they have more? Will they have less?
My only real concern for these brands is that thus far I have never seen a brand grow exponentially and maintain quality. And when they lose quality they ultimately lose their fans.
So I write this with hopes the brands I love today, like Filson, continue to maintain the same quality of products as well as customer service as they have in the past.
